Get the account terms in force
GET /order/v1/banking/accounts/terms
Returns the account terms (contrato de conta de pagamento, Res. BCB 96/2021 art. 6) that must be shown to the holder before the account is requested. INDIVIDUAL and ORGANIZATION have separate texts, so holderType is required.
The response carries a short-lived download link and the fileName identifying the text in force. Show the document to the holder, then: return the very same file on POST /public/v1/banking/accounts/documents as documentType accountTerms, and send the fileName back on the account request inside the acceptance. A fileName that is not the one in force is refused, which is how a holder cannot be recorded as accepting a text they were never shown.
